Watching:

A Mighty Wind

A fine American Experience show about MLK – yes, I should have gone to the march or the symposium, but it is January, and pretty darn cold. 10 degrees F. right now, in fact, and the water’s frozen in the pipes at my office.

A couple of other movies not worth mentioning

Reading:

America’s Women, by Gail Collins

Personal History(Katharine Graham)

Working On:

Learning to knit (after keeping a weblog for a year, I had an irresistable urge to do this. I can’t explain it, but no photos of my creations, I promise.)

Sorting books in my basement. It’s fun, but chilly.

Planning to Make:

Worm composter

A popup book (always wanted to be a paper engineer)
